HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ROBYN!

Swedish pop darling Robyn is 33 today!! Robyn may not yet be a household name in the US, but who cares!??!! She's fierce! Her last trilogy of Body Talk albums blew my mind and produced some of the best dance/pop anthems in recent history. This past January Robyn also tweeted that she was working on new music, so hopefully we'll have more to dance about by the end of the year. Keep your fingers

21-DAY CLEANSE: DAY 16

DAY 16: Today started off great. I slept in until 7 AM because of my after-work-cardio day and made juice for our breakfast. Put together some lunch and I was off to work with Robyn in my ears. My morning at work was A-okay and non-eventful in a great way. Exchanged a few happy texts with the hubby and set up plans to meet with a friend who is embarking on an exciting overseas journey soon. Who would have thought that the Houston classic would lay over Robyn's heartbreaking dance floor jam so perfectly. It does. Check it out. It gives HWIK a darker, moodier vibe.

AAAAANNNNDDDD he nails it!! I have slowly been falling for Taran Killam on Saturday Night Live, and now I'm into him big time. A) He has a killer name and B) he clearly love Robyn. A CAPPELA COVER OF ROBYN'S CALL YOUR GIRLFRIEND

Sweden is very proud of their Robyn. Three members from the Swedish vocal group Erato (no idea) sing Call Your Girlfriend by Robyn from her amazy Body Talk album and it's awesome! They even have fun cup-ography to go along with it. Good times. These girls are going somewhere! I don't know where, but somewhere. Maybe The Netherlands. Just watch and shut up.

NEW VIDEO: RYE RYE FT. ROBYN: NEVER WILL BE MINE

Rye Rye, who looks more than a little like Fantasia, has a super-cute new song Never Will Be Mine ft. Robyn. Of course Robyn is the greatest, and this song actually has a bit of the acoustic version of her song Be Mine! in it, so Rye Rye was smart enough to get Robyn herself to be in the video. Yay!!! Adorable. Rye Rye's debut album, Go!Pop!Bang!, is due out this summer.
