NEW MUSIC: MILLA JOVOVICH - ELECTRIC SKY
I have long held the opinion that Milla Jovovich is one of the most beautiful women in the world. Many others hold that notion I guess since she's been modeling most of her life. Did you know she was also a singer? Her debut album came out in 1994 actually and she's recorded off and on since then. Well, here is a GREAT new song by the model/actress/singer called Electric Sky. It's dark and moody

21-DAY CLEANSE: LAST DAY - THE FINAL FASTING!
DAY 21: I decided to start this morning off with a nice (not so nice actually) salt water flush. It is a way to get the body free of toxins at the start of the day and it's a little easier on the body than an enema. I know, gross. It's 32 oz. of warm water with two teaspoons of UNIODIZED SEA salt. It must be unionized sea salt if you do this. It mixes with the water and doesn't sink. I added

WHO WON AN OSCAR?
The Academy Awards happened last night and there were some minor surprises, but mostly it was a night of Hugo and The Artists, two of the most overrated films of the last....ever. Honestly, I get the charm in both films, but Best Picture for The Artist? No. At least Hugo only won for technical awards. That I can get on board with. The only small surprise of the night came when 17 time nominee

MADONNA MOVIE SONGS: PART III - THE 00s
Madonna didn't contribute too many songs to films in the first decade of the new millinium, but the ones she did were significant. From the film The Next Best Thing, her movie with Rupert Everett, Madonna covered the Don McLean classic American Pie. Everett convinced Madonna to record the song for the film and appears in the video for the cut. Though the song was not released commercially in the

MADONNA MOVIE SONGS: PART II - THE 90s
The 90s kept the hits rolling from movie soundtracks for Madonna. The film A League of Their Own featured This Used to Be My Playground during it's end credits and perfectly matched the tone of the movie about female frienship and power. I'll Remember was written for Madonna good friend and the director of her documentary Truth or Dare, Alek Keshishian for his major motion picture directorial

MADONNA MOVIE SONGS: PART I - THE 80s
Madonna is no stranger to the movie soundtrack. Some of her biggest, most recognizable hits came from the big screen. Here are three from the 80s. Madonna appeared in the film Vision Quest as a nightclub singer and belted out the hit Crazy for You. Live to Tell, which later appeard on her True Blue album, was actually from the film At Close Range starring Sean Penn. Madonna wrote it as a birthday

TAYLOR SWIFT NOT DOING THE LES MIZ MOVIE AFTER ALL
Taylor Swift, the eternally-surprised country starlet, was widely believed to be the choice for pivotal role of Eponine in the Toby Hooper movie production of Les Miserables, but turns out, she AIN'T! Producer Cameron Mackintosh announced the cast today and the role is being played by British actress Samantha Barks. Barks has a musical background, currently starring in the stage production of

JUST BECAUSE: DOLLY PARTON AT THE PREMIERE OF JOYFUL NOISE
Say what you will and I don't care, I think 65 year-old Dolly Parton is just as fabulous as ever. Sure, if she has one more facelift she'll have a beard, but who cares!! Here is the American treasure all gussied up for her red carpet walk at the premiere of her new film with Queef (not changing that) Latifah Joyful Noise. Or as I like to call it, Please Don't. Don't get me wrong, I love Dolly and

TRAILER FOR THE HOBBIT IS FINALLY HERE!
Peter Jackson is reviving one of the most critically acclaimed and successful franchises of all time. The prequel to The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Hobbit, is coming out NEXT December, but we have the trailer already. SO EXCITING!!! This story, if you have never read it, is mostly about a young Bilbo Baggins, played by Martin Freeman, and how he came to find the ring. Lots of characters are

TRAILER FOR ROCK OF AGES
The jukebox musical is once again hitting the big screen, this time with Rock of Ages. I saw this show on Broadway and I love it, love it!!! It's funny, of course the music is great, and it's "nothing but a good time". I'm not overwhelmed by the trailer, but it's okay. It seems to be taking things a bit more seriously. Hmmm... Alec Baldwin looks funny, Catherine Zeta-Jones is working her best

SAG NOMINEES ANNOUNCED.
The Screen Actors Guild has announced it's yearly list of nominees for the best in film and television and there are not too many surprises here. I will continue to state that Kristen Wiig should be nominated for all these awards for Bridesmaids because what she does is ACTING, not just broad comedy. Few can do what she did with as much grace and talent. I digress... here are the nominees. My

WATCH THE FIRST FULL TRAILER FOR THE HUNGER GAMES
Full disclosure: I have not read The Hunger Games. I assume it's about a modeling competition or some sort of Jenny Craig challenge. Anyway, people keep telling me to read it and I'm like, "HELLO! They're making a movie." SO, here's the proof of that. The first full trialer for The Hunger Games has hit the net and it looks pretty intense. Turns out...not about modeling. The film stars Jennifer

WATCH THE FULL UK TRAILER FOR THE IRON LADY WITH MERYL STREEP
Hmmmmm. I wonder if she'll be nominated? Ha. Meryl Streep is bringing her fabooshness to The Iron Lady, a film about long-time British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. As always, Streep has it all down; the look, the accent, the mannerisms. Thatcher was a polarizing, controversial political figure, so the movie should be pretty interesting. Watch the trailer below. Meryl rules. The film comes

DAMN YOU, KRISTEN STEWART. SNOW WHITE & THE HUNTSMEN TRAILER IS AWESOME!
I hate to admit it because I am not a fan of Kristen Stewart, but the trailer for the upcoming Snow White & the Huntsman trailer is crazy amazy! Of course, it's mostly to due to the evil queen, played by Charlize Theron, looking more beautiful than ever!! Like K-Stew could EVER be as gorgeous as Charlize. Looks like a nice, meaty role for the Oscar winning actress. Oh, and Chris Hemsworth is

MADONNA ON THE COVER OF DECEMBER'S BAZAAR MAG
Fashion is Madonna's middle name, so it makes sense that Bazaar Magazine would use her and the star of her upcoming film W.E., Andrea Riseborough, to shoot a fashion spread called "Madonna: Director's Cut". Here is the cover and another stunning photo of Madonna. Click HERE for more. And click HERE for the exclusive interview. AND HERE to see a slideshow of Madonna's most iconic looks from her

MADONNA BOO'D AT W.E. PREMIERE IN LONDON
Apparently people are just rude. Madonna showed up to the premiere of her film W.E. at London's BFI Film Festival and was "greeted" by "fans" booing her for not spending enough time pressing the flesh outside. Madonna did stop and talk to a few fans and even threw flowers into the crowd for her followers, but some thought she didn't do enough. HELLO!! She was there for her film premiere, not a

MADONNA FRIDAY: DIE ANOTHER DAY
Madonna is a badazz!! There, I said it. She could kick your butt, you mamma's butt and your daddy's butt all at the same time. Wanna try your luck? I didn't think so. In 2002 the James Bond franchise finally got wise (on the year of Madonna's career 20th anniversary) and got Madge to do a theme song for the film Die Another Day. The song reached #8 on the Hot 100 and #3 in the UK charts, making
