Victoria Beckham Relax to Respond Beckham's Slander Issues

Desain Rumahku
Hai, inilah beberapa desain rumah yang iseng-iseng aku bikin dari AutoCAD lalu dibangun menjadi 3D dengan aplikasi SketchUp dan diperhalus dengan Kerykhytea Rendering.
Desain-desain berikut adalah hasil murni dari ide-ide saya selama duduk di bangku SMKN 1 MADIUN. So, check this shit and gimme your comment . . . ^^
1. RUMAH HIJAU MINIMALIS YANG MUNGIL

Rumah mungil bernuansa hijau di atas adalah hasil 3D pertamaku. Desain di atas berkonsep awal minimalis. Desain rumah tersebut gue bikin ketika menjalani prakerin (praktek kerja industri) di PT. SANJAYA KONSULTAN, Madiun.
Tahu nggak, berapa ukuran lahan rumah itu? Pasti kaget kalo gue kasi tau.. hhahahahaa...
Lahan tersebut cuma 5,5m X 6m . . . ! ! !
Pasti kamu langsung terbayang dengan halaman rumahmu. Ya, memang sengaja gue bikin kecil, keciiiilll banget. Bahkan, sampe kayaknya nggak memungkinkan untuk dibikin rumah. Hahaha.. Tapi, it's me!
Gue suka desain rumah di lahan2 yang sangaaatt kecil.
Rumah hijau mungil itu gue namain "RUMAH BILLIE JOE" (vokalis Green Day).. :P
Rumah itu memiliki ruang"an sebagai berikut:
-Carport = 2,8m X 4m
-Ruang Tamu/Santai = 2,5m X 2,7m
-Ruang Tidur = 1,8m X 2,5m
-Taman/T.Jemur = 1m X 2m
-KM/WC = 1m X 2m
-T. Kerja = 1m X 2m
-Dapur Mini = 2m X 2m
Hahahaa... kecil2 banget kan ruangannya.. tapi memang rumah ini gue desain buat anak muda yang suka keluar rumah, yang sering kuliah.. Jadi kebutuhan ruangannya masih serba mini.. :D
2. RUMAH BESAR DI LAHAN HOOK
Rumah di atas memiliki fasad (atau dalam bahasa manusia: "tampak depan" :P) yang lumayan menarik. Dengan kombinasi warna yang cenderung lembut, yaitu merah dipadu abu-abu membuat tampilannya yang langsung mencuri perhatian... (ciee.. bahasanye.. :P)
Tampilan depannya pun dipercantik dengan pasangan batu alam hitam (batu candi) pada dinding sebelah kirinya. Juga dengan 2 kolom simple yang menopang atap terasnya juga difinishing dengan susunan batu sirih.
Dengan keberadaannya di lahan hook (lahan pas di belokan itu loohh..), pastinya desainnya kudu dibikin bisa dinikmatin dari berbagai sisi / sudut pandang. Di bagian samping rumahnya, ada taman kecil dengan tempat duduk2 di baah pohon, pastinya bakal bikin yang punya rumah ini bisa menikmati pemandangan sore hari... (?)

Desain rumah di lahan hook di atas emang agak kasar tampilannya, soalnya belum di-render (gambarnya dari SketchUp belum dialusin), soalnya ini dibikin pas hari terakhir prakerin.. hhahaha.. cuma dibikin dalam waktu 2 hari...!!!! ^^
Nah, kalo yang di bawah ini mah... cuma hasil iseng2an selama 15 menit... ini dibikin pas jam2 terakhir di hari terakhir gue mau ninggalin kantor, soalnya prakerin selama 3 bulan udah mo selesai..
Hhaha.. Daripada nganggur, g iseng2 buka SketchUp terus gw bikin ngawur aja deh.. pokoknya mbentuk bangunan, hhehe... :P
Hhehe.. namanya "GREEN DAY OFFICE" alias kantor official band kesukaan gue, Green Day. Sekaligus, karya gaje ini gue persembahin buat seluruh Idiot Club of Green Day fans se-indonesia raya merdeka-merdekaaa.... :P

4. GREEN BUILDING HOUSE
Nah, Rumah ini adalah desain gw barengan Ma'ruf Khudori, temen gw seangkatan di jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan, SMKN 1 MADIUN. Rumah ini dikasi nama "Green Building House" atau "Rumah Ramah Lingkungan",.. soalnya didesain khusus buat menangkal Global Warming. Pada tau kan.. kalo bumi kita tu makin panas tiap arinya..?? Tu gara" banyak pohon yang ditebangin, jadi oksigen di bumi kita makin menipis. Itulah, kenapa rumah ini ditanami tumbuh"an di sekelilingnya, supaya adem dan sehat.. Selain itu juga buat peredam suara, terutama di bagian taman di atas atap (liat gambar).. tuh nama lainnya: roof garden. Ini adalah salah satu inovasi di dunia arsitektur yang jarang diterapkan. Padahal kalo diitung jangka panjang, bisa bikin rumah sejuk tanpa AC plus buat peredam suara.. Ceeuu..,, hebad kan..?? ^^
Selain itu, penggunaan kayu sebagai rangka atap juga diminimalisir dengan menerapkan atap miring satu arah. Juga menghindari penggunaan talang air dimana sering sumber bibit penyakit... :P
Nah,, udah jelas kan kalo rumah ini memang bener2 cocok kalo diterapkan di lingkungan perkotaan khususnya, karena menawarkan kesejukan, kenyamanan, kesehatan dan juga bikin lupa dari suara bising kota.. ^^
Lanjut ke pembahasan berikutnya: SIAPA AJA SIH YANG MENEMPATI RUMAH MUNGIL INI...???

Tuh, susunan ruangannya kayak di denah itu. Dan perlu diketahui, kalo rumah mungil ini dihuni oleh:
-Seorang Ayah yang bekerja sepanjang hari
-Seorang Ibu sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga yang menghabiskan waktunya di Dapur
-Seorang Anak Perempuan Balita, aktivitas dapat diterjemahkan
-Seorang Anak Laki-Laki Remaja Sekolah yang hobi main musik (keyboard, gitar, dll...)
Nah, kita bikin denah ini juga menurut pertimbangan. Seperti ini:
_Ruang Tamu dan Ruang Keluarga dipisahkan dengan lorong / jalan selebar 1 meter, sepanjang 1,5 meter, tujuannya sebagai pemisah antar ruang publik (ruang tamu) dan ruang semi-publik (ruang keluarga), sehingga aktivitas keluarga di ruang keluarga dapat lebih terjaga privasi-nya.
_Kamar Tidur Utama yang dekat dengan Kamar Tidur Anak Balita bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengawasan terhadap anaknya yang masih kecil. Selain itu, posisinya yang berada di belakang carport dengan rindangnya pergola (penutup carport) yang rindang menambah kenyamanan penghuninya sebagai kepala keluarga.
_Kamar Tidur Anak laki-laki, yang hobi main musik juga, di paling belakang. Jadi, ini untuk menjaga privasi-nya dalam bermain musik tanpa mengganggu aktivitas penghuni lain. Selain itu, posisinya juga pas menghadap taman belakang yang bikin aktivitas belajar anak jadi enjoy.
_Ruang Keluarga yang luas terletak di tengah-tengah ruangan, sehingga memudahkan akses, dan letaknya dikelilingi kamar tidur sehingga menambah suasana keakraban atar anggota keluarga. Letaknya juga dekat dengan dapur, sehingga membuat suasana semi-publik keluarga makin terjaga keharmonisannya. Unsur kenyamanan juga dapat diperoleh dari adanya taman belakang rumah yang indah, yang langsung dapat diakses dari ruang keluarga.
_KM/WC tentunya membutuhkan sirkulasi udara yang baik. Sehingga, penempatannya yang berada di paling belakang memenuhi hal ini. Selain itu juga untuk kemudahan sanitasi air yang daerah resapannya berada di taman belakang, sehingga lebih hemat biaya dan lebih sehat. ^^
Tentunya ada beberapa hal yang bikin rumah ini makin caem buat dibilang rumah yang ramah lingkungan, di antaranya:

KOMBINASI BUKAAN KACA DAN KREPYAK
Kombinasi bukaan yang digunakan pada rumah ini menggabungkan kelebihan fungsi kaca dan krepyak. Dan menghilangkan kelemahannya.
Kaca, sebagai kita ketahui berfungsi untuk pencahayaan. Namun tidak bisa mengalirkan udara.
Sedangkan krepyak, (seperti pada rumah-rumah tradisional jawa), sangat baik untuk sirkulasi udara, namun kurang baik untuk pencahayaan.
Sehingga, dengan mengkombinasikan antara keduanya, akan didapatkan pencahayaan yang maksimal dan juga sirkulasi udara yang baik.
Kebanyakan, model rumah minimalis jaman sekarang lebih mengutamakan penggunaan kaca dan mulai mengabaikan model krepyak. Padahal, krepyak adalah tempat mengalirnya udara sehingga rumah terasa sejuk karena udara dapat berganti. Dengan menggabungkan model minimalis dan krepyak, maka kita dapat melihat estetikanya yang juga memiliki fungsi positif bagi kesehatan penghuninya. Check this out!

When the brains behind CSI: Crime Scene Investigation announced Justin Bieber would guest-star, they promised it'd be "true event television". Except it wasn't.
E! Online reports that 14.6 million Americans tuned in to the 11th season premiere of CSI, which featured the Beeb playing a troubled teen with links to a terrorist group. Sure, 14.6 million is a lot — but it's a big drop on the 15.7 million who watched the Bieber-less season premiere the year before.
In addition, most of those 14.6 million viewers were old (well, old-er) people who probably had no idea who this doe-eyed, perfectly coiffed young woman on their screen was meant to be anyway.

Bieber exacted revenge on enemy by trolling fans
Justin Bieber sent out a simple tweet that says “”Everyone call me 248-417-5346 or text” to his 4.5 million followers and sure enough, the over-excited fans tried to call and sent text messages to the number. The problem was that it wasn’t his number, instead it belonged to his online “enemy” Kevin Kristopik who hacked into Bieber’s best friend twitter account earlier this year and got hold of his personal number.
Kristopik received over 26,000 texts and he had to cancel his number and delete his twitter account. Though it was a naughty move because he was using his popularity (and fans) to get his revenge, it was kinda slick because not many of other boys can do that.
Anyway, I have a feeling this won’t stop and Bieber has created himself an arch-nemesis and given his unpopularity with teenage boys, he has made more enemies now who will try to top this act.
