Bieber has more than 9.6 million followers on Twitter, more than Kim Kardashian, Ashton Kutcher and President Obama. In the past year, Bieber made nearly $40 million from touring. Endorsement deals, music sales and merchandising bumped him to a total of $53 million. Not too shabby for a kid barely old enough to drive.

Usher, the man responsible for discovering Justin Bieber, also makes his debut on our list this year, coming in at No. 32. The R&B icon brought in $46 million in the past year from his concert appearances and album sales. He also earns from impressive sales of his back catalogue dating from the '90s. Fellow pop star Katy Perry has a lot to be happy about this past year. The California girl makes her first appearance on our list at No. 12, with total earnings of $44 million. Aside from concerts and album sales, Perry participated in an impressive lineup of endorsement deals, including well-known companies such as Proactiv, OPI, GHD, and Adidas ( ADDDY.PK - news - people ). Frankel made a killing with her sale of Skinnygirl Cocktails in 2010, bringing her earnings in the past year to $55 million. The author/ reality star/business woman/ wife and mother debuts on our list at No. 42 and on the cover of our magazine.

Dwyane Wade takes his place on the list at No. 57 along with Miami Heat teammate and Celebrity 100 veteran Lebron James. He is one of the four professional athletes new to the list this year, joining Rafael Nadal (No. 46), Dwight Howard (No. 59), and Lionel Messi (No. 62). Endorsement deals with T-Mobile and Gatorade, along with his $12 million from the Heat, helped Wade pull in $26 million over the last year.

The Charlie Sheen debacle earlier this year resulted in a lot of negative publicity for producer Chuck Lorre, but it didn't hurt his bank account. Lorre is the creator of three hit shows on CBS ( CBS - news - people ), including Two and a Half Men, which was canceled during its eighth season after Sheen's verbal attacks against the Lorre. The producer makes his debut at No. 77, pulling in $35 million over the past year.

Natalie Portman earned a modest $8 million over the past year, but her time in the spotlight puts her on this year's list at No. 75.
