The Academy Awards happened last night and there were some minor surprises, but mostly it was a night of Hugo and The Artists, two of the most overrated films of the last....ever. Honestly, I get the charm in both films, but Best Picture for The Artist? No. At least Hugo only won for technical awards. That I can get on board with.
