With half of America struck by this year's musical version of the Bubonic Plague known as Bieber Fever, 16-year-old Justin's got one of the few tours actually moving tickets this summer (yeah, we know about you, Gaga). Here's a rundown of just what exactly goes into Bieber's headlining "My World" North American Tour, which kicked off a month ago in Hartford, Conn.
